We, Takara Kosan Co., Ltd., have decided to integrate our operations with those of our affiliate company, Emily’s Balloon Co., Ltd., and change our company name to “TakaraTec Corp.”.

The new name reflects our determination to build on the high level of technology and creativity we have cultivated over the years to become an even more attractive and global brand and to earn the trust of our customers.

The Japanese meaning of the word ‘Takara’ is treasure, and we hope that the products and services we provide will be a ‘treasure’ for everyone. Our former company name “Takara Kosan” is an important name that has been the foundation of our company for the 46 years since its establishment.
By retaining “Takara” in our new company name, we show our determination to achieve further growth while cherishing the history and traditions we have built.

In addition, “Tec” has three meanings: Technical, Entertainment and Creation. We hope to continue to be a company that creates new value by fully utilizing our technological capabilities while bringing smiles and excitement to our customers.

Our new mission is to bring “heartwarming projects that touch people’s hearts”（Emotion in Motion） to people around the world.
Balloons are a presence that brightens special moments and brings warmth to people’s hearts. By making the most of this value and providing balloons and services that move people’s hearts, we aim to become a company that is loved and needed by society.
