TakaraTec shares the latest update on the establishment of Takara Europe and the transition of European business operations.
We would like to share an important update regarding Takara Europe, our new European entity announced earlier this year as part of our efforts to strengthen distribution and services across the European market.
The incorporation process is currently in its final stages. However, due to administrative procedures, the schedule has been delayed compared with the original plan.
Despite this delay, the project continues to move forward steadily. Our strategic direction remains unchanged: to enhance supply capabilities, improve operational efficiency, and provide stronger local support for our European partners.
Until Takara Europe is fully established, all business operations will continue without interruption through direct transactions with TakaraTec Japan. Current orders and supply will not be affected.
Shipments via Takara Europe are now targeted to commence in mid-August 2026. Further details, including the official start date of transactions, ordering procedures, and logistics arrangements, will be announced as preparations progress.
