What is EverFloat (ibrex)?
EverFloat is a next-generation film balloon featuring proprietary advanced coating technology. It enables long-lasting floatation of up to approximately 720 hours (about one month).
Why can it float for about one month?
A specially engineered coating layer significantly reduces gas permeability.
As a result, helium escapes much more slowly, allowing the balloon to float for an extended period.
How much helium can be reduced?
Helium usage comparison for approximately one month of floatation:
- EverFloat (ibrex) 14 inch: approx. 8L
- Standard foil 18 inches: approx. 56L
- Latex balloon 11 inch: approx. 450L
EverFloat significantly reduces helium consumption.
Is the ink environmentally friendly?
Yes. EverFloat uses environmentally conscious ink containing 35% biomass components.
Printing is conducted at a Green Printing certified facility.
The Green Printing Certification System is an environmental evaluation program administered by the Japan Federation of Printing Industries.
How is environmental impact considered at disposal?
After use, the material is recycled as RPF (Refuse Paper & Plastic Fuel) and utilized as an energy resource.
This system enables waste materials to be repurposed as fuel.
